SmartWake, Verlo’s newly launched sleep monitor, uses clinically proven technology to track and analyze your sleep. It fits unobtrusively under your mattress, and monitors your respiratory rate, heart rate and movement throughout the night. In the morning, it gives you a detailed report that includes tells things like how many times you woke or moved during the night, the time you spent in different sleep stages and whether you had any breathing interruptions.
