While The Morning Blend on Today’s TMJ4 was filming a segment at Verlo’s Wauwatosa store, we asked talk show host Tiffany Ogle to answer some questions about her personal sleep habits.

7 – 8 ½. I feel my best with 9 hours, though.
Start on my left side, and then wake up on my back with my arms above my head.
Water, overnight repair ChapStick, my cell phone (it’s my alarm clock), two pictures (one of me and my boyfriend, and the other a motivational quote in a frame), and whichever book I’m reading.
Water, ChapStick and pray.
Yes, but he doesn’t stay all night. My 15-year-old cat, Bluegrass, is my best bud!
I can ALWAYS sleep. I have “nap-attacks” and am proud to be a sleepoholic. I don’t drink caffeine after 2 p.m. If I can’t sleep, I read.
I have set up a sanctuary that’s comfortable and relaxing. I have a reading nook, a sitting area with a “happy” light, a humidifier and a meditation spot to practice gratefulness.
Yes, much of the time, and I journal as well. I listen carefully if there’s a message from my subconscious.
