The gold box spring & mattress my daughter Carla slept on when she was a youngster (she is 31) is finally being discarded. Her Verlo mattress moved to Florida from Illinois in early 1990's then to Florida State University.After she graduated in 2001 she moved mattress to Lakeland, FL. In 2004 Carla married and a twin mattress wouldn't be a comfortable marriage bed so her Verlo mattress moved to my home. My bouncy mattress has slept many guests where it has resided in our office. Size Translates Into Sheer Comfort
I have never been so pleased with a bed! I must admit the sheer size of the Heritage Limited was at first daunting, but after my first night's sleep, I'm sold! Don't want to get up in the morning!
My husband bought our previous mattress just before we married. He has a bad back, so he bought a firm mattress. (That was 20 years ago.) Recently, I became unable to sleep through the night. I tossed and turned all night long trying to get comfortable. Morning came, and I felt like I hadn't slept at all. A co-worker recommended Verlo. I liked the idea because they were made right in St. Charles. We debated which type of mattress to buy because my husband was afraid a pillow top would be too soft and hurt his back. He, however, allowed me to select the Embassy Pillow Top (partially due to the guarantee to modify it if we were unhappy with it.) We've had it since February and I am thrilled to say we both love it! My husband says he thinks it is actually better for his back. I have a new problem, however! I now can't stop sleeping. I have trouble getting out of the bed in the morning because it is so comfortable!

Excellent service, good price, quality mattress
We purchased a Queen Canterbury Mattress set from Verlo in Green Bay,WI, in February 2009. Our whole experience was excellent. The store manager was very helpful and gave us an excellent price on the mattress. The mattress was delivered within one week and when we wanted the mattress made softer, Verlo came and picked up the mattress within one week and we got it back the same day. We were very pleased.

Worth every penny!
After shopping around a bit, we found that Verlo was one of the very few mattresses available with two sides so it can be flipped. While the price was higher than other comparable mattresses, we were sold on the two-sided option and the comfort of the Ultra model. Our mattress was made and delivered within a couple of days. However, when it arrived we found it to be much more firm than the floor model we had liked. The Grand Chute store where we purchased the mattress suggested we sleep on it for a week and it would likely soften up. That didn't happen, so we called again. At that point, they scheduled a date to pick it up and bring it back to the store. After it was back at the store, we met the mattress "craftsman" who impressed us by cutting open the floor model to compare it to ours (that's customer service!). He did find a difference that he corrected -- Who would have thought one inch of memory foam would matter so much -- and our mattress was back in our home within hours. Since then, we've been sleeping in complete comfort. We would definitely recommend Verlo and specifically the Ultra mattress.

We were confident in his suggestions and insightful perspective into our bed purchasing experience. I explained our situation and our comfort needs to him. He then showed us the exact mattress I was considering at first glance at half the price I expected to pay. We love our new mattress set!
We purchased a Verlo Matrress 10 years ago and we still are very pleased with the comfort and quality of the mattress, we were actually surprised to discover the mattress was 10 years old since it is holding up so well. Therefore, when we were in need of a second bed it was a no-brainer as to where to go for a good quality comfortable mattress. The salesman at the Madison, WI Beltline store was very helpful and informative but not pushy, he let us take our time and try out all the different mattresses so we could select the mattress with the right amount of firmness. The salesman explained the benefits of flipping the mattress and how it extends the life of the mattress, which is why we chose the easy-flip mattress. We had our mattress delivered 5 days later by friendly delivery people that even helped us move our other bed to a guest room. We love our new mattress set, it is providing us with many comfortable nights of rest. We also liked the idea of buying directly from the manufactuer and eliminating the middle man, therefore, keeping costs down which provides savings for the customer.

We contacted the salesperson who helped us when we purchased the mattress. She made several suggestions one of which I was floored by---Verlo would pick up the mattress, alter it to the correct size and return it to us within a day and not charge us. Simply amazing. No other company that I have ever dealt with was so customer focused. Happy with the price, the service, the sales man, the delivery (which the delivery truck had a problem out on the road and a different gentleman went to that regular delivery truck and got my things and came to my house in a pick up truck to get my things to me at the promised time, it was great, above and beyond!), and so far the product (delivered 2-14-09). Thought I would pass along my good experience at least along to your company so you have it.

Best mattress I have ever owned!
I tried out many top-of-the-line mattress, including a waterbed in the 1970s ,but this mattress beats them all!! It was always very uncomfortable. I used to shift from side to side all night long. Never really getting the sleep I needed. I had constant back and neck pain. Seen Chiropractors and doctors. Took pain pills throughout the day. I finally went into a Verlo Mattress Factory store and just purchased one of their latex pillows for side sleepers. I was so impressed, I had no more neck pain when I got out of bed. But my back was still giving me a lot of trouble. So I went back and to check out the beds. I fell in love with the Embassy Pillow Top. (I purchased the Verlo Embassy Pillow top mattress and what a difference it made!) The company made it the very next day and I had it a day later. I have never slept better!! The mattresses are locally made in the US. The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you happy and they want you to start sleeping better. Overall I had a very good experience with the mattress and the employees. I definitely recommend this Verlo mattress.
