This guarantee is exclusively offered at Verlo Mattress Factory Stores.

OUR COMFORT PROMISE

Verlo Mattress Factory Stores will rebuild your mattress, ONE time during the Comfort Promise period after the initial delivery date. It is recommended to sleep on a new set for a minimum of four to six weeks to allow for your body to adjust. Verlo Mattress Factory Stores Comfort Promise applies only to specific models and length of coverage may vary by model. The Crafted Comfort®, and Custom Crafted&trade lines as well as the Verlo-aire® models have a 60-day Comfort Promise. The Crafted Tradition&trade and Handcrafted&trade lines have a 180-day Comfort Promise. For other lines or promotional models, see your craftsman for details.

DISCLAIMER

The guarantee coverage runs from the original date of purchase by the original owner. Repair or replacement of the mattress or foundation does not extend in guarantee or begin a new guarantee period. Your guarantee period is based on the original date of purchase.

If a mattress or foundation is purchased individually, the guarantee coverage extends over half the years of the full set guarantee.

If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, Verlo Mattress Factory Stores reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality. The guarantee covers the Verlo Mattress Factory Stores product anywhere in the United States, exclusive of transportation costs. Verlo Mattress Factory Stores reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found upon inspection to be in an unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to cause other than defective workmanship on materials.

Any and all implied guarantee on our products shall not exceed in duration the terms of this non-prorated guarantee. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied guarantee lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Due to the personal nature and sanitary issues of sleep product use, Verlo Mattress Factory Stores reserves the right to make NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on mattress and foundation sales and special order accessory items.

Please Note: Should service be needed, your mattress or foundation will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Verlo Mattress Factory Stores. You will be responsible for any transportation or shipping charges associated with service. The length of guarantee varies from model to model. All queen and king sets require the use of a center floor support.
