This guarantee is exclusively offered at Verlo Mattress Factory Stores.

If you do experience problems, immediately contact the Verlo Mattress Factory Stores location at which the mattress was purchased. If the original location cannot be reached or if you have moved, please contact Verlo's corporate office.

DISCLAIMER

The guarantee coverage runs from the original date of purchase by the original owner. Repair or replacement of the mattress or foundation does not extend in guarantee or begin a new guarantee period. Your guarantee period is based on the original date of purchase.

If a mattress or box spring is purchased individually, the guarantee coverage extends over half the years of the full set guarantee.

If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, Verlo Mattress Factory Stores reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality. The guarantee covers the Verlo Mattress Factory Stores product anywhere in the United States. Verlo Mattress Factory Stores reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found upon inspection to be in an unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to cause other than defective workmanship on materials.

Any and all implied guarantee on our products shall not exceed in duration the terms of this non-prorated guarantee. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied guarantee lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

OUR 60-DAY COMFORT GUARANTEE

Verlo® Mattress Factory Stores will make modifications to your mattress set, one time during the first 60 days after it is delivered. Verlo Mattress Factory Stores' 60-Day Comfort Guarantee applies to any Crafted Comfort®, Custom Crafted™, Crafted Tradition™ sleep set purchase only.

Due to the personal nature and sanitary issues of sleep product use, Verlo Mattress Factory Stores reserves the right to make NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on mattress and box spring sales and special order accessory items.
