From materials, to technique, to guarantee, his integrity shines through. That's why all of the mattress sets come with a 100 percent, non-prorated guarantee against any defects in workmanship. This guarantee is exclusively offered at Verlo Mattress Factory Stores.

Verlo Mattress Factory Stores Length of Guarantee

Your Verlo Mattress Factory Stores guarantee protects you from the day you purchase your sleep set, and continues according to the guarantee schedule found below. To activate your guarantee, you must return the Guarantee Card enclosed with your invoice or activate your guarantee online at http://assurance.verlo.com. Should we repair or replace your sleep set, this guarantee continues your protection from the original date of purchase.

Guarantee Coverage

Your Guarantee covers the following items during normal wear:

Mattress:

• Coils or wires that are loose or broken.
• Coils or wires that protrude or rip through the fabric.
• Visual body indentations of 1-1/2 inches or greater.
• Sagging: Your mattress must be continuously supported by a matching box spring, or equivalent, with an appropriate frame. The frame should include a rigid center support with at least 5 legs or a rigid center support with at least 5 hardwood cross slats with legs to the floor for queen and king sets. (See illustration for clarification.) A rigid center support is equal to a support that extends from the frame to the ground.

Box Spring/Foundation:

• Splits in the wood frame.
• Squeaks, rattles or noises.
• Bent, loose or defective beam and/or center support rail.
• Loose or broken module wire.
• Compression of modules.
• Un-stapling of modules.
• Sagging: A proper bed frame must continuously support the box spring. For king and queen sets, a rigid center support with at least 5 legs or a rigid center support with at least 5 hardwood cross slats with legs to the floor is necessary. (See illustration for clarification).

Guarantee does not cover items such as, but not limited to:

• Bedding sold "as is"
• Bedding Height
• Bent perimeter border rods due to moving or bending the sleep set
• Torn handles, stitches pulled out of the handle where sewn to the mattress, or tears in the mattress fabric where the handles are attached.
• Rips or tears in the mattress or foundation.
• Fabric stains, soiling or burns
• Replacement of another piece in a sleep set, unless it is also defective
• Transportation costs
• Body impressions less than 1 1/2" deep
• Damage of the mattress or foundation due to abuse
• Sheet fit
• Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation
• Foundation damage caused by stepping or kneeling on foundation.

DO:

DO flip your mattress end to end and upside down once every two weeks for the first three months of use. Flip it once every two months thereafter. For single-sided mattresses, follow the same schedule, only turning, not flipping. This will equalize naturally formed body impressions.
DO use a metal bed frame. The use of a metal center-support frame for a king or queen size set is required for proper setup and usage.
DO use a mattress protector. This keeps your bedding clean, reduces wear, and protects your guarantee.
DO purchase a mattress and box spring as a set. Old box springs lose strength and support over time.
DO carry your mattress upright. It is easier to handle and less likely to damage the mattress.

DON'T:

DON'T bend your mattress (2). Such treatment can damage the innerspring. Flex rather than bend the mattress when transporting it. Don't bend the corners when putting on fitted sheets.
DON'T stand or jump on your mattress or foundation.
DON'T allow your mattress to get wet (3).
DON'T expose to fire or place near open flame. This mattress is not flame or fireproof and can ignite and/or burn if exposed to fire or open flame. When ignited, some bedding materials can burn and emit smoke and hazardous gases.
DON'T remove law tag at the end of your Verlo mattress as it is needed to establish your guarantee rights.
DON'T place a board between your mattress and foundation. It will diminish the longevity and performance of your sleep set.

If a problem occurs
We make every effort to ensure we manufacture our Verlo Mattress Factory Stores sleep sets with the finest materials available. If, however, you do discover a defect in your new mattress or box spring, simply contact the Verlo Mattress Factory Store where you purchased your sleep set. If you can't reach the store, or if you've moved, write directly to us Verlo Mattress Factory Stores LLC; 201 N. Main Street; Fort Atkinson, WI 53538.

If a defect occurs during the guarantee period (which is described in the Guarantee Schedule), Verlo Mattress Factory Stores will repair or replace (at our option) the defective mattress and/or box spring within a reasonable period of time.

In order for this guarantee to be valid, you must:

1. Be the original consumer purchaser, and have purchased the sleep set from one of our Verlo locations;
2. Provide a copy of the original store receipt, or other proof of date, and purchase price;
3. Provide the law label from the defective product.

If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, Verlo Mattress Factory Stores reserves the right to substitute material of equal or higher value, or, at our option, provide a refund. You will be responsible for transportation costs of the product to and from the store, as applicable.

Your Verlo Mattress Factory Stores guarantee does not cover products to be in an unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials. Please refer to the "Do's & Don'ts of Bedding Care" section of this brochure for proper sleep set care.

Exclusive Remedy/Other Limitations

ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED GUARANTEE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERM OF THIS NON-PRORATED GUARANTEE, WHICH BEGINS WITH THE DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE CONSUMER. THE SERVICE TERMS STATED IN THIS GUARANTEE SHALL BE THE CONSUMERS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF PRODUCT FAILURE DURING THE GUARANTEE PERIOD. VERLO MATTRESS FACTORY STORES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR THE INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR THE BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.

Verlo Mattress Factory Stores does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person's medical condition. Verlo Mattress Factory Stores makes no warranty beyond what is contained in writing.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Verlo Mattress Factory Stores does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this Verlo Mattress Factory Store warranty card. In the event service is required, your mattress and/or foundation will be repaired or replaced (at Verlo Mattress Factory Stores' option), exclusive of transportation charges. You may be held responsible for these costs.

DISCLAIMER

The guarantee coverage runs from the original date of purchase by the original owner. Repair or replacement of the mattress or foundation does not extend the guarantee or begin a new guarantee period. Your guarantee period is based on the original date of purchase.

Any and all implied guarantee on this product shall not exceed in duration the terms of this non-prorated guarantee. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied guarantee lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

To avoid structural damage and voiding of your guarantee, a king or queen size mattress set must always be used with a metal center-support carrying frame (4). Body impressions are a normal characteristic of premium bedding and indicate that the comfort layers are conforming to your body. Impressions of 1_" or less on both sides of the mattress on all sleeping areas are not considered a manufacturing defect. Refer to the "Do and Don't" section to learn how to extend the life of your mattress investment.

Verlo Mattress Factory Stores guarantees our products against any defect in workmanship or material on a non-prorated basis when a set (mattress and box spring together) is purchased. When a mattress or box spring is purchased separately, the guarantee extends for half the years of the full guarantee specified for each model.

If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, Verlo Mattress Factory Stores reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality. The guarantee covers the Verlo Mattress Factory Stores product anywhere in the United States, exclusive of transportation costs. Verlo Mattress Factory Stores reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found upon inspection to be in an unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to cause other than defective workmanship on materials.

Any and all implied guarantee on our products shall not exceed in duration the terms of this non-prorated guarantee. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied guarantee lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Due to the personal nature and sanitary issues of sleep product use, Verlo Mattress Factory Stores reserves the right to make NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on mattress and foundation sales and special order accessory items.

Please Note: Should service be needed, your mattress or foundation will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Verlo Mattress Factory Stores. You will be responsible for any transportation or shipping charges associated with service. The length of guarantee varies from model to model. All queen and king sets require the use of a center floor support.

OUR 1-YEAR COMFORT PROMISE

We really want you to love your mattress, so we'll give you 365 days to make sure. If you want the comfort level of your mattress adjusted, just call the store from which you purchased it, and we will pick it up and adjust the comfort level one time FREE during the first year. We ask that you sleep on your new mattress set for a minimum of 30 days to allow your body to adjust (5).

OUR LIFELONG COMFORT COMMITMENT

We want you to rest assured that Verlo has your back for as long as you own your Verlo Mattress. Not only does Verlo guarantee against any defect in materials and workmanship that might occur, we want you to remain comfortable too. Should your comfort needs change at any time during the life of the mattress, our craftsman can make the comfort adjustments you need (6).
